Replace manual processes with systems that execute, decide, and deliver.
We build automations that integrate AI into real workflows: triage, classification, document generation, and system integrations. Every project has a locked scope, defined timeline, and 90-day warranty.
How it works
- We map the current process and identify where AI generates the most value
- We define scope, deliverables, and success criteria before starting
- We build, test with real data, and deliver with documentation
When it makes sense to hire
- Repetitive process consuming hours of team time every week
- Simple decisions that need consistency: triage, classification, routing
- Integration between two systems that don't communicate
- Recurring generation of documents, reports, or communications
Typical results
- 80 to 95% reduction in manual process execution time
- Consistency: the system executes the flow the same way every time
- Team freed for higher-value work

Between $1,500 and $5,000 for a fixed-scope automation, delivered in 2 to 4 weeks. The price is locked before we start, in the Diagnosis scope document. We don't bill hourly and there is no subscription: you pay for the project and the system is yours.
Off-the-shelf wins when the process is standard and the subscription fits the budget. Custom wins when the process is specific to your business, involves a legacy system with no ready integration, or when your accumulated subscription fees already exceed the cost of building it once.
2 to 4 weeks from kickoff to delivery, for a fixed-scope automation. Before that comes the Diagnosis, starting at $500, which produces the scope document with the timeline and price already defined. You only sign the build after reading that document.
In most cases, yes. We integrate via API when the system exposes one, and via file exchange (CSV, OFX, XML, PDF) or interface automation when it doesn't. Technical feasibility of the integration is verified during the Diagnosis, before you commit to the build.
You get a 90-day warranty. Any bug or behavior outside what the scope document specifies is fixed at no cost during that window. After that the code is still yours, and you choose between maintaining it in-house or hiring occasional support.
