Every project delivered by Chiarelli Labs comes with a 90-day warranty from the formally accepted delivery date. Full terms below.
What the warranty covers
- Bugs introduced by Chiarelli Labs in the post-delivery period.
- Regressions: behaviors that worked at delivery and stopped working.
- Spec adjustments: minor behavior corrections agreed upon in the scope document.
What is not covered
- Post-delivery scope changes: new features or changes not in the original scope.
- Third-party bugs: external libraries, partner APIs, cloud infrastructure.
- New requirements identified after the accepted delivery.
How to use it
Send an email to contato@chiarelli.dev describing the unexpected behavior. We respond within 48 business hours with a diagnosis and correction timeline. No external ticketing system required.
Duration
90 calendar days from the formally accepted delivery date. The warranty ends automatically at the end of this period.
