How the calculation works

Weekly hours of the whole team, added up, x 4.33 weeks per month x cost per hour of the salary band. It is the same math as the Invisible Shift Calculator, in Brazilian reais and with Brazilian assumptions.

Cost per hour: from R$ 20 to R$ 60, depending on the salary band.

Without the salary band, the skill asks before calculating.

    Install: Unzip the .zip into ~/.claude/skills/ so that ~/.claude/skills/diagnostico-turno-invisivel/SKILL.md exists. On Windows, use %USERPROFILE%\.claude\skills. The final folder must be skills/diagnostico-turno-invisivel/SKILL.md: Windows "Extract All" creates an extra folder, so move the contents up to the right level.

    Remove: Delete the folder ~/.claude/skills/diagnostico-turno-invisivel.

  • Codex CLI

Privacy

  • The AI provider you use receives the conversation. The skill sends nothing to Chiarelli Labs.
  • Describe the routine without people's names, tax IDs, account numbers, passwords or files.
  • The skill does not technically block what you paste. It asks for an anonymized version, but the care is yours.
  • It is not a data connector and does not access your systems.

Limits

The result is an estimate of what today's manual time costs. It is not a promise of savings or of a delivery date.
