- We recommend the tool. The Diagnostic doesn't exist to push tailor-made software: it exists to answer whether tailor-made software makes sense. In half the cases, the answer is "use Pipefy, Make or Notion" and Chiarelli delivers the documented path.
- Do I keep the document if I don't hire execution?
- Yes. The scope, proposed architecture and recommendation stay with you at the end of the Diagnostic. If you decide to execute with another team, you take the document with you. No commercial lock-in.
- How fast can you start and what's the timeline for each level?
- We start within 5 business days after the acceptance. Simple Discovery takes 1 week, medium takes 1 to 2 weeks, deep takes 2 to 3 weeks. The timeline starts at kickoff.
- Why pay for a Diagnostic when other firms do it for free?
