What it is
A messaging API that uses WhatsApp as its first channel. Your application sends idempotent operations, Connecting validates, records and queues them, and events return to your webhook with an HMAC signature. Each tenant has separate Sandbox and Production environments.

The initial product is messaging infrastructure for developers. These items return to scope only with product evidence and an explicit decision.

Ownership model
The company keeps the WABA, the phone number and the billing relationship with Meta. Connecting adds no markup to Meta's per-message rates and does not use message data for advertising, profile enrichment or model training.
Product status
We are in pre-launch with controlled access. Each request goes through manual review by our team, with no guaranteed response date, and real sending stays blocked until a specific go-live authorization. Requesting access does not create an account, tenant or integration.
