Tailor-made software when your ERP, CRM or spreadsheet doesn't fit how you actually operate.
We connect 3+ systems, business-specific rules and audited processes. Diagnostic in 1 week, delivery in 2 to 12 weeks. Scope, deadline and price locked before we start.
When off-the-shelf isn't enough?
Three signs that point to custom software.
Data scattered across 3+ places
ERP, CRM and spreadsheet hold pieces of the same process. The team exports CSV every week to cross-reference by hand.
A business rule the tool won't let you configure
Commission policy, tax math or approval criteria don't fit the tool's editor. Operations end up fixing it manually.
Audit or regulator requires a process trail
Compliance, IRS or a professional council asks for what was done, when, by whom. Off-the-shelf exports a loose spreadsheet, not an auditable trail.
Levels 1 and 2: the fee is 100% credited toward the project if you proceed to execution.
Why Chiarelli
Three differentials that separate a project that works from one that stays a slide.
AI that works in production, not in a demo
There's a gap between 'making a ChatGPT demo' and 'running AI in production without leaking data, hallucinating, or breaking when the client's spreadsheet has 50,000 rows.' That gap is where most projects die. It's exactly where we work.
You talk to the builders. Always.
No account manager. No PM in between. No rotating squad. Technical decisions, deadlines, scope, production bugs — everything goes directly through the founder. You gain speed. And when something goes wrong, nobody needs to 'align internally' before responding to you.
Project risk is ours, not yours
Scope locked before we start. Fixed price, no hourly billing. 90-day warranty post-delivery (three times the market standard). If something breaks, we fix it. You don't need to become an AI expert to assess whether the solution will work. That decision is ours, and so is the risk.

What we deliver
Four project models with scope and price defined before we start.
Automation
We replace repetitive manual processes with custom automations. Cross-system integration, document processing, specific business rules.
- →Bank statement reconciliation against the accounting spreadsheet
- →Integration between a Brazilian ERP (TOTVS, Senior, Bling) and external systems without a ready connector
- →Unstructured document processing (invoice, contract, report) in recurring workflows
- →Automation of regulated processes involving sector-specific business rules
AI Agent
We build agents that operate where templates fall short. Legacy systems without an API, technical-regulatory knowledge bases, cross-referencing multiple internal data sources.
- →Agent that operates inside a legacy system without a public API
- →Assistant with a technical knowledge base of your domain (equipment manuals, regulatory standards, historical reports)
- →Agent that crosses 3+ internal data sources to answer business questions nobody can answer quickly today
Internal Application
We build the internal tool your operation needs: dashboard, control panel, internal app, custom workflow system.
- →Executive dashboard
- →Mobile app for field team
- →Internal management system
Deep Discovery (R$ 10–15k, 2–3 weeks) is a prerequisite. Risk inversion applies to the execution phase after Discovery.
Full Digital Product
We build the production-ready digital product: SaaS, mobile app, AI-applied tool. Delivered running, with infrastructure, authentication, billing, admin panel.
- →Custom B2B SaaS
- →Platform with AI applied to your niche
- →Verticalized marketplace
First projects under this format. Deep Discovery required before scope and price are locked.

Founders

Leonardo Chiarelli
Founder & CEO
Software engineer with 2 years building web systems in production: application architecture at scale, performance and Core Web Vitals, and AI-applied products assembled from scratch, from idea to deploy with real users.
Primary stack: TypeScript, Next.js, Python, integration with AI models (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google). End-to-end experience: frontend, backend, infrastructure, billing, observability, without depending on separate teams for each layer.
Founder of Pain to Product and builder behind Chiarelli Labs' internal systems, all assembled from scratch with real product, stack, and infrastructure decisions. That's exactly how he works with clients.
Publicly documents the engineering process and product decisions. This transparency defines how Chiarelli Labs operates: no black box, with visible technical accountability at every stage of the project.

Rafael Polazzo
Co-Founder & CMO
Marketing (BBA) student with AI emphasis at an AACSB-accredited university in the US, interning at a Fortune 500 company. A background that combines rigorous academic methodology with direct exposure to the marketing practices of global organizations.
Proven track record in audience building and demand generation: launched an EdTech initiative for international students from scratch, structuring the value proposition, acquisition channels, and funnel, resulting in more than 1,500 qualified leads. Developed a community engagement and digital growth operation at scale.
Deepened his background in brand strategy and digital marketing with certifications from the University of Pennsylvania (Wharton) and Northwestern University (Kellogg), combining behavioral marketing, growth, and positioning with AI applied as a competitive differentiator. Brother and Social Chair at Alpha Sigma Phi (Zeta Kappa Chapter).
At Chiarelli Labs, he leads all marketing strategy, brand positioning, voice identity, and client acquisition. The same rigor with which Leonardo documents technical decisions, Rafael applies to brand decisions: no generic positioning, each message built on what the company actually delivers.
Who we work with (and who we don't)
This might work for you if you're...
- ✓A founder with a validated idea who needs to turn it into a running product, without hiring a team
- ✓A company with a repetitive manual workflow that wants to automate with AI
- ✓An operation that needs a specific internal tool and doesn't want to allocate internal dev resources
- ✓A small-to-medium business wanting to apply AI to a concrete problem without knowing where to start
Probably not a fit if...
- ✗A project that needs a team of 5+ devs in parallel
- ✗A contract that requires open-ended time allocation without scope
For these cases, we can recommend partners.

Frequently asked questions
- How much does a digital product cost?
- It depends on the track. Automations start at $1.5k. Full digital products range from $8k to $18k. The price is locked before we start: no hourly billing, no budget surprises.
- What is the minimum project timeline?
- Simple automations take 2 weeks. Full digital products take 8 to 12 weeks. We define the timeline during the discovery week and don't change it after.
- What is the 90-day warranty?
- After delivery, we fix any bug or unexpected behavior at no additional cost for 90 days. That's three times the market average.
- How does locked scope work?
- Before writing a single line of code, we document exactly what will be delivered. The client approves. From that point on, timeline and price don't change. If scope changes, it's an addendum with new pricing.
- What size companies do you work with?
- We work with mid-size companies, startups with validated products, and internal teams at large companies. The ideal profile: has a clear process to automate or a validated idea to build.
- Can I hire just a one-time automation?
- Yes. One-time automations are Track 1: 2 to 4 weeks, locked scope, delivery with documentation. No long-term contract required.
