Why we lock scope, timeline, and price before starting

Most software projects fail for a simple reason: the client and the vendor have different understandings of what will be delivered. Ambiguity at the start becomes scope creep in the middle and frustration at the end.

Our approach resolves this at the source: before writing a line of code, we document exactly what will be built, in how long, and for how much. The client approves. Only then do we start.

The full flow

1. Initial contact (async)
You fill out the contact form with your problem, likely track, and budget. Our analysis takes up to 24 hours on business days.

2. Qualification call (30 minutes)
We understand the context, validate fit, and decide whether to proceed to discovery.

3. Discovery week (R$ 2,500)
A paid week dedicated to mapping the problem in depth. We deliver a detailed scope document and a fixed-price execution proposal.

4. Execution by milestones
The project is divided into milestones with clear deliverables. You pay per delivered milestone, not per month of work.

5. Final delivery with 90-day warranty
Any bug or unexpected behavior is fixed at no additional cost for 90 days after delivery.

To understand if your project fits, start with the form.
